2. Physical Deliveries

In cases where printed reports, hardware, or documentation are required, we arrange courier delivery through trusted logistics partners within Pakistan.

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital deliverables are typically provided within 1–3 business days of completion, while physical deliveries may take 5–7 business days depending on location.

4. Order Confirmation

After an order or service agreement is confirmed, clients receive an official confirmation message with estimated delivery timelines.

5. Tracking Information

For physical deliveries, tracking details are shared once the item has been dispatched via courier or logistics partner.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, courier delays, or client-side approval hold-ups. Clients are always informed of expected delays in advance.

7. Incorrect Information

ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect email addresses, contact details, or physical addresses provided by the client.

8. Delivery Verification

Clients must verify receipt of digital or physical deliverables within 48 hours of delivery. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported immediately.

9. International Deliveries

All international clients receive deliverables in digital format only. Physical shipments are limited to domestic deliveries within Pakistan.

10. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

In the event of a damaged or missing shipment, clients should notify us within 3 working days. After verification, replacement or re-delivery will be arranged if applicable.
