5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, project data, and communication throughout and after the project.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or adjust our services, terms, and pricing structures with prior notice to clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or performance delays.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are subject to our official Refund Policy. Once a project has begun, refunds are provided only in specific, justified cases.

10. Performance Disclaimer

While we aim for high-quality results, ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY does not guarantee specific performance outcomes due to varying external and technical factors.

11. Termination of Services

ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these terms, delays payments, or acts unethically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
