Refund Policy

 This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY (PRIVATE) LIMITED may provide refunds for its software development, IT consultancy, and data processing services. By availing our services, clients agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for advance payments made where the project or service has not yet commenced.

2. Service-Based Nature

Since most of our projects involve custom software development or consultancy, refunds are generally not available once the project work has started.

3. Client Cancellation

If a client cancels the project before initiation, a full refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing charges, if applicable.

4. Project Delay or Non-Delivery

If ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, the client will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on project stage.

5. Unsatisfactory Deliverables

If a client is dissatisfied with deliverables, we will first attempt revisions or corrections. Refunds may be granted only if the issue remains unresolved after review.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Domain registration, hosting, licensing fees, and third-party subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated.

7. Technical or Payment Errors

In cases of duplicate payment, incorrect billing, or other verified technical errors, the client will receive a full refund within 7 working days.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

9. Dispute Resolution

All refund disputes will be reviewed by the company’s management team. The final decision will be communicated in writing to the client.

10. Force Majeure

ORBITSUN TECHNOLOGY shall not be held liable for refunds or compensation due to delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond its control.
